Making an Insurance Claim
At a time of bereavement, we strive to make the claims process as easy as possible for you. When you contact us, please have ready the following:
- The insured’s name, date of birth, date of death and policy number(s)
- A copy of the death certificate
- The claimant’s statement
- The original contract if available
